About this Position The Manager, Data and Analytics Projects is responsible for leading cross-functional data and analytics initiatives that drive commercial efficiency and business impact in a B2B environment. This role involves managing projects end-to-end, fostering adoption of AI and digital tools within commercial teams, and collaborating across the organization to deliver actionable insights and improved processes. The Manager will partner with stakeholders to embed data-driven thinking in day-to-day operations.

What You´ll Do

• Lead cross-functional data and analytics initiatives
• Manage end to end data related commercial projects
• Steer analytics dashboard creation and governance
• Manage integrated steering system tools and their development
• Foster adoption of AI and digital tools across the business
• Partner with key stakeholders to embed data driven thinking
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelors / Masters Degree in Business and / or Digital, Data related disciplines
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in Digital Analytics, preferably in a B2B Industrial Sales organization
• Strong analytics background and strategic mindset with proven ability to generate business insights
• First experience with PowerBI, SAP and CRM tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Business English language essential
