As the Product Marketing Manager – Kids' at C&A, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for the Kids' category, bridging the gap between product and marketing teams to create compelling product narratives, seasonal storytelling, go-to-market strategies, driving engagement and strengthening brand loyalty.

As the Product Marketing Manager – Kids' at C&A, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for the Kids' category, bridging the gap between product and marketing teams to create compelling product narratives, seasonal storytelling, go-to-market strategies, driving engagement and strengthening brand loyalty.
Your Responsibilities
- Leading product marketing strategy and execution for the Kids' category, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborating with range, marketing, campaign, and creative teams to develop compelling and consistent product storytelling across all customer touchpoints
- Driving consumer engagement through insights-driven marketing initiatives, leveraging market trends and consumer behavior data
- Aligning marketing efforts with business objectives to maximize brand impact, optimize go-to-market strategies, and drive sales growth
- 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or category marketing, in fashion retail
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful product marketing and go-to-market strategies
- Expertise in consumer insights, storytelling, and trend-driven marketing
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, project management, and analytical skills
- Experience working with omni-channel retail environments, including eCommerce and brick-and-mortar
- Good command of spoken & written English
