Your day at NTT DATA

The Support Engineer (L1) ensure that IT infrastructure and systems remain operational through identifying, investigating and resolving technical incidents and problems and to restore service to clients by managing incidents to resolution.

What You'll Be Doing

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Level 1 Support mit den Aufgabenschwerpunkten Network und Security
• Überwachung des Monitoringtools und Ticketeröffnung bei Bedarf
• Durchführung von dokumentierten Changes
• Dokumentation und Reporting
• Weiterentwicklung/ Optimierung der Gesamtlösung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Kunden
• Durchführung von Endkunden Support
• Unterstützung bei Entstörmaßnahmen
• Technische Koordination sowie Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Reports
• Teilnahme am 3 Schichtbetrieb und an Bereitschaften
  
  

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Informatik, Ingenieurswesen, Elektrotechnik) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
• Berufserfahrung in den genannten Bereichen Network und Security
• Gute Kenntnisse in Cisco LAN/WLAN- Umgebungen (mindestens CCNA Level), sowie Kenntnisse in den Bereichen ACI, DHCP, IPv4 und IPv6 und Netzwerlmanagementtools
• Strukturiertes Vorgehen verbunden mit einer sehr sorgfältigen, genauen und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise, insbesondere bei der Problemanalyse
• Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung verbunden mit guten Umgangsformen und guter Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
