As a Shopper Insights Manager at C&A, you will be instrumental in driving shopper-centric strategies through data-driven insights, enhancing in-store performance and omnichannel engagement to boost conversion and sales.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conducting in-store shopper behavior research and translating findings into actionable strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially marketing and visual merchandising, to implement insights-driven initiatives and optimize conversion
  • Utilizing advanced analytics tools and methodologies to track performance, conversion, and shopper engagement
  • Providing thought leadership on consumer trends, market developments, and evolving shopper behaviors to shape strategic business decisions
  • Managing external research agencies to ensure high-quality execution of studies and continuously refining research methodologies based on performance insights
  • Presenting insights to stakeholders in a compelling and visually engaging manner, influencing key business strategies and enhancing the omnichannel shopping experience

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in in-store shopper insights, consumer research, or data analytics, preferably within retail and/or fashion
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Experience working in omnichannel retail environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence key stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Good command of spoken & written English
