Your tasks

• Get started and provide our customers with fully configured and up-to-date server solutions.
• Be a helper and replace hardware components at the customer's request to increase server performance
• Support our new and existing customers with technical questions about our products
• Help us to keep an eye on the server inventory and actively contribute to hardware warehousing
• Create your own infrastructure solutions in collaboration with the network and data center departments
• Unfortunately, even old hardware has to go, so make sure it is recycled.
• Do you hate tangled cables? Then make sure it doesn't happen in the first place and carefully lay network cables for your rack.
• Your tasks will include providing technical support at various locations within Germany - ideal for anyone who likes to work flexibly and in a variety of ways.
  
  

Your profile

• Solid professional or private previous experience in the hardware sector is desirable
• Passionate affinity for IT
• Resilience, flexibility, ability to work in a team are your qualities
• Solution and results-oriented way of working and a high level of self-motivation
• Openness and enjoy communicating in German and English
• Willingness to work shifts
