What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst with BCG Vantage in the Technology and Digital Advantage practice area, you will join a growing global team that provides technology and digital expertise, analysis, and advisory to BCG case and proposal teams.

Acting as a thought partner and subject-matter expert, you will support clients through Chief Information Officer (CIO) Advisory and Technology Innovation. Your role involves guiding CIOs and IT/Tech leadership in developing effective IT and technology strategies to transform their organizations into world-class technology functions. Additionally, you will identify, assess, and advise on emerging and innovative technologies (such as Quantum Computing, (Gen)AI, Robotics, IoT, etc.) at the portfolio level, evaluating their relevance and practical applications for technology leaders.

You will also support commercialization efforts in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials. Additionally, as a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic expertise.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

• Leveraging your expertise in CIO Advisory and Tech Innovation to solve complex client problems through targeted analytical approaches and customized solutions
• Understanding new technologies (such as Quantum Computing, (Gen)AI, Robotics, IoT, etc.) at the portfolio level and assessing their relevance and application for Tech leaders
• Communicating with case teams and stakeholders, in a credible and confident way
• Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working
• Being flexible and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
• Navigating complexity and ambiguity
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of consulting experience in CIO advisory and/or Tech Innovation required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred
• In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Fluency in English and German
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
