As Product Manager for A/B testing at trivago, you'll lead and evolve trivago's A/B testing platform. In this role, you'll build the testing capabilities that enable teams across our organization to test hypotheses and make data-driven decisions with confidence. You'll improve the foundation that allows trivago's product teams to validate ideas, accelerate learning cycles, and make evidence-based improvements to our travel metasearch experience. Your work will directly influence how we run tests to improve how millions of travelers find their ideal accommodations.

How you’ll make an impact:


  • Drive trivago's A/B testing platform, improving and scaling our testing capabilities and tools across web, mobile web, and app platforms
  • Guide product teams on testing design to maximize learning and business impact
  • Shape trivago's data-driven culture by improving overall hypothesis and decision quality
  • Develop training programs to improve testing literacy and skills across the organization
  • Drive improvements to increase testing velocity and quality
  • Uplift our testing communication across our internal tools
  • Level up documentation and celebration of learnings from successful and unsuccessful tests
  • Develop novel testing methodologies supporting our growth ambitions


What you'll need to thrive:


  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on A/B testing or analytics
  • Experience with large-scale A/B testing in consumer-facing digital products
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and A/B testing design
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience in travel or e-commerce industries is favorable
  • Experience with Product Management, UX design principles and methodologies
