About this Position The Enterprise Architect focusing on Sustainability Architecture at Henkel dx is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing sustainable technological solutions that align with Henkel's commitment to environmental stewardship. The architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that sustainability principles are integrated into all aspects of Henkel's digital transformation initiatives.

What You´ll Do

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework for sustainability
• Identify, evaluate, and define innovative technologies that enhance sustainability across Henkel's digital platforms
• Collaborate with relevant teams to define and execute the sustainability architecture strategy, aligning it with Henkel's overall business objectives and digital transformation goals
• Work with various departments in business units and functions to integrate sustainability principles into the design and deployment of digital solutions
• Ensure that all digital initiatives comply with relevant environmental regulations and sustainability standards, including conformity to dx platform standards and guidance
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in sustainable technologies and digital solutions, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on sustainability and/or data driven IT architecture
• Proficient in architectural frameworks, cloud computing, and sustainable technologies as well as experience in building data driven IT architecture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and address complex sustainability challenges within digital environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
