The Territory Sales Manager (f/m/d) - Germany East is responsible for managing and growing sales in the Region of Berlin, Rostock, Leipzig/Dresden.
The role itself is fully remote.
This position reports to the North Europe Sales Manager and is part of the Germany/Poland Sales Team and will be fully remote.

The Territory Sales Manager (f/m/d) - Germany East is responsible for managing and growing sales in the Region of Berlin, Rostock, Leipzig/Dresden.
The role itself is fully remote.
This position reports to the North Europe Sales Manager and is part of the Germany/Poland Sales Team and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Build relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers to achieve sales targets
- Maintain and build effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region
- Organize and participate in local congresses and give product training
- Observe market and competitor’s activities to influence company sales strategies
- Execute marketing and sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in medicine, psychology, marketing, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years in overall medical device sales experience in the German market.
- Demonstrated hunter mentality and the ability to meet quotas and achieve sales targets
- Basic knowledge of German health care system
- Fluency in both German; conversational English
- 60% travel primarily domestic with overnight trips required
- Occasional weekend trips to conferences and meetings
- Interventional Radiology experience
- Understanding of the breast cancer diagnosis landscape
