“I am seeking a highly experienced individual to be my close sparring partner in one of our key growth markets in Europe. You will lead Talent Acquisition in Germany and potentially other Northern European regions, working closely with myself, our business teams, and the wider International TA group. This standalone role offers significant responsibility and opportunities for professional development.”

- End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: From initial role briefing to onboarding, you will oversee all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring excellence and delivering exceptional value at every step.
- Deliver market best headhunting capability to unearth and engage top talent.
We’re searching for a dedicated and change-oriented Talent Acquisition Business Partner with the ability to thrive independently while collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders.
Key Qualifications Include
- Extensive experience managing recruitment across entry-level to senior roles within Germany.
- Strong strategic thinking coupled with hands-on recruitment expertise.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Fluency in both German and English.
