RIIICO is looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) - Digital Factory
At RIIICO, we’re reimagining how factories adapt to change. Our AI-powered software makes complex production environments editable, interactive, and collaborative —
turning manufacturing planning into something anyone can engage with, not just the experts.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape and launch our next major product initiative. This is a rare opportunity to own a deeply technical, high-impact B2B product from the ground up — in a space where real-world adoption means real-world transformation.
Tasks
- Take full product ownership — from shaping user workflows to launching and refining the first live version of the product.
- Work closely with customers, engineering, design, and company leadership to translate customer needs into focused, intuitive product experiences.
- Dive deep into industrial use cases and translate complexity into clear scope and priorities.
- Define, manage, and communicate a lean product roadmap — shipping value fast and iterating often.
- Create clear, actionable user stories and collaborate daily with the development team to bring them to life.
- Continuously gather feedback, measure success, and evolve the product to maximize usage, satisfaction, and business value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B software — preferably in industrial tech, complex tooling, or manufacturing-related environments.
- A proven ability to take a product from zero to launch — and keep improving it post-release.
- Comfort operating in the messy middle between user needs and technical constraints — you speak both languages well enough to connect the dots.
- Clear, confident communicator — able to align teams and drive momentum without needing a formal org chart.
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency: you push things forward and stay focused on real outcomes.
- Bonus: experience with collaborative tools, 3D data, simulation, or factory planning.
Benefits
- Additional vacation days
- Company stock options
- Flexible working hours
- Home Office
- Remote work
Why You Should Join
- Build something that makes a tangible difference in the world’s most important sector — manufacturing.
- Shape a product from first principles, not just manage what’s already built.
- Collaborate with a sharp, hands-on team that values speed, clarity, and ownership.
- Competitive salary & equity package.
- Hybrid setup in Düsseldorf with flexibility for deep work and on-site collaboration.
- Backed by top international investors and on a path to scale.
