As an Events Management Intern, you'll have the opportunity to support the execution of exciting projects that amplify trivago's brand presence. How you'll make an impact:


  • Support the events team to bring life to our events and create unique experiences for our talents
  • Assist in conceptualizing and running campus events, collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing impact, and sharing learnings
  • Provide necessary information to all stakeholders and maintain communication throughout the event process
  • Proactively support other teams (e.g., Campus Team, Diversity & Inclusion) and initiatives, demonstrating excellent time management skills
  • Manage external relations with vendors, organize logistics for venues, catering, and equipment, and maintain accurate databases and documentation
  • Collaborate to develop engaging event content and promotional materials, participate in post-event evaluations, and conduct market research to identify innovative event trends and opportunities


What you’ll need to thrive:


  • Solid organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in the MS Office suite or similar tools
  • Enthusiasm for learning, openness to feedback and change, and a proactive attitude to find and work on projects from day one
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a structured approach to work
  • Previous experience or academic background in events management or related fields, with an outgoing personality that loves to collaborate and communicate
  • Fluency in both English and German
  • Availability for a full-time 6-month internship, and a valid German work visa
