Join our Corporate Communications Team and play a key role in our day-to-day operations. You'll contribute to a variety of communication initiatives and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization.
You'll work from our office in Düsseldorf or possibly from home on a part-time or full-time basis.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of content creation for our internal communication channels as well as for our EMEA Region and support external communications channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Selecting and curating visual materials to accompany published content.
- Managing our intranet presence by continuously enhancing structure, accuracy, and relevance.
- Supporting intranet development by helping to implement and introduce new features that improve the user experience.
- Acting as a communications partner to internal teams, assisting with messaging during strategic initiatives and rollouts.
- Planning and producing engaging video content as part of our collaborative, knowledge-sharing approach.
- Whether you're an experienced communicator or simply eager to explore a new field, your enthusiasm is what counts.
- Ideally, you have completed studies or training in communications, marketing, media studies, journalism, or a comparable field, along with some initial professional experience in corporate communications, marketing, or employer branding - ideally including the creation of high-quality photos and videos. At least one year of experience in corporate communications or PR is beneficial.
- However, if you're enthusiastic and motivated to grow in this area, we also warmly welcome applicants who are new to communications.
- You enjoy writing and have a natural talent for creating compelling content.
- You have a keen eye for detail, a strong visual sense, and feel right at home in the digital space.
- You're fluent in both English and German, with confidence in expressing yourself in both languages.
