Planning & Merchandise Director (*all genders) - #2113389

• Management and further development of the merchandise planning team 

• Monitor inventory and communicate availability. 

• Manage inventory and  replenishment of stock. 

• Identify market trends and drive sales. 

• Develop local forecasts and address risks and opportunities. 

• Promote sales of specific inventory. 

• Improve reporting dashboards and develop analytical reports. 

• Consolidate demand and forecasts, ensuring accuracy. 

• Member of the Regional Management Team  

• Close collaboration with the Commercial Director and the Commercial Management  
  
  

• At least 7 years of professional experience in a similar position, especially in textile retail is desirable 

• Strong understanding of textiles and the competitive landscape. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Experience in sales and margin forecasting and promotional performance analysis. 

• Strategic thinking and planning skills. 

• Proficiency in demand planning and forecast accuracy. 

• Leadership experience and ability to manage a team. 

• Strong experience with an ERP system and expert in Excel 

• You are fluent in English and German
