About The Role

Uber's driver-partners are our most meaningful customers, and we're crafting an outstanding customer service experience for them. Greenlight locations help new driver-partners get on the road for the first time, build engagement with the platform over time, and provide a home base for the driver community.

What The Candidate Will Do

• Deliver 5-star, in-person support to our partner-drivers
• Welcome and onboard new partner-drivers
• Deliver high-quality onboarding presentations to new partner-drivers joining the Uber platform
• Be passionate and knowledgeable when speaking about Uber products
• Track key metrics, data and KPIs to ensure that the team is operating at the highest level and are optimised to increase efficiencies
• Go beyond mere problem solving; identify root causes and make process improvement proposals to the Driver Operations team.
• Diffuse potentially heated exchanges through a calm temperament and excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
• A quick and calm thinker when under pressure
• Analytical and critical thinking ability
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• An interest in or experience of discussing and training people on technology
• The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
• German and English skills

• SQL is a plus
• G Suites preferred
