Our most vital resource is our people. That’s why Human Resources is one of our most vital teams: From recruiting to career development for BCGers, and from training and mobility support to staffing (assigning our consultants to client casework), the Human Resources Team plays a decisive role in making BCG not just a company, but a Group in which each individual can be their best.
What You'll Do
We are seeking a motivated Working Student to support both our Compensation & Benefits Team and our HR Services Team. In this role, you will provide valuable support across a range of operational and administrative activities related to employee benefits and HR processes.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with the ongoing operations of our internal MyBenefits platform, such as the continuous monitoring and testing of benefits, system data, eligibility criteria, and user populations, particularly in response to any changes. You will support a variety of benefit processes, such as those related to childcare and document verification, as well as employee communications about our benefit offerings. In addition, you will help manage and administer various employee benefits, such as family offerings and sports memberships, and ensure timely and accurate updates on our insurance portal.
You’ll draft and send monthly e-mails promoting our benefit offerings and conduct structured market research on benefit packages and alternative service providers, including preparing detailed comparisons and summaries in PowerPoint. Furthermore, you’ll assist team members with ad-hoc support across a variety of projects, data-related tasks, and communication activities.
This position allows for flexible working hours, accommodating up to 20 hours per week during semesters and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks. Candidates must be enrolled as full-time students at a post-secondary institution in Germany.
What You'll Bring
Collaboration in our team is characterized by mutual support, lively personal interaction, strong trust, and a good dose of humor. Integrity is our highest priority. You will report to the CE HR Operations & Transformation Senior Director, who will support you in your orientation phase and professional development. You will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
