What You'll Do

Your job will be to support the IT Service Team in our Düsseldorf office as a working student. This includes assisting with the installation and configuration of notebooks with the Windows and Apple Mac operating system and smartphones running on iOS, taking care of IT equipment in the offices, and supporting video conferences. Activities such as supporting repairs, maintaining databases, and organizing storage will also be among your tasks.

What You'll Bring

• You are enrolled as a full-time student.
• You communicate competently and professionally in German and have a good grasp of English.
• You're familiar with Windows 10/11, Mac OS desirable and standard Microsoft Office applications.
• You're reliable and make yourself available when needed.
• You enjoy interacting with people and have a strong service mentality.
