We are currently looking for an experienced HR Systems Expert to join our Global HR team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HR systems to support strategic business objectives and enhance the employee experience. This includes hands-on support for users, execution of improvements and system enhancements, and oversight of data quality and compliance. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive innovation, ensure operational efficiency, and contribute to global HR transformation initiatives.

Your contributions:

  • Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of global and local HR systems, including HRIS, talent management, and payroll platforms.
  • Ensure integrity, accuracy, and security of HR data across all systems.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide support and training to HR users, translating complex system functions into clear, usable processes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and ensure adherence to service-level agreements.
  • Drive system enhancements, process improvements, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Participate in global HR projects and manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication effectively.

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years + of experience managing HR systems, with proven experience in regional or global HRIS project implementation.
  • Experience with data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and operational execution.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new or unfamiliar tools and software in a dynamic HR tech environment.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and hands-on mindset to drive transformation.
  • Comfortable working cross-border in a global environment.
