This position is based at our headquarters in Düsseldorf and requires a presence of 3 days per week.

Your Responsibilities

  • Actively contributing to the optimization and redesign of processes and systems that arise due to new logistical requirements in the logistics centers (DCs).
  • Proactively and goal-oriented collaboration with other stakeholders and IT.
  • Implementation of new software and processes in the logistics centers (DCs), including employee training and creation of training materials.
  • Continuous review and optimization of existing processes and systems to ensure ongoing improvements.
  • Ongoing documentation of all processes, adjustments, and standards.
  • Conducting user acceptance tests concerning logistics processes.

What You Bring

  • Fluent in English.
  • Very good knowledge of logistical procedures and processes.
  • Solid experience with warehouse management systems.
  • Experience working with international teams.
  • Efficient communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and solution-oriented skills.
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel within Europe (DC process optimization requires regular presence in the DCs).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tool set and preferable with Analytical and Project Management tools
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in logistics operations, process management, supply chain implementations or consulting
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management / Logistics, or a related field
