JOB RESPONSIBILITIE

As a Customer Support, you will be responsible for

• Entering and processing orders for spare parts supply in response to technical inquiries and complaints about the company's products

Job Requirements

COMPETENCY (“Must”) *Must meet all of the following requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in order processing and some form of customer support or customer advising
• Fluent in German
• Ability to handle large amounts of data entry and work in a fast-paced environment
