Role Overview
As the Commercial VES Leader, you will play a crucial role achieving our commercial objectives of the software business unit by leveraging our Veralto Enterprise System (VES). The Veralto Enterprise System is Veralto's Differentiated System of Continuous Improvement and the Culture that makes it work.
Your experience in sales, customer success or other commercial roles will be instrumental in driving business growth and maximizing the value of our VES tools across the organization. You will act as a trusted business partner, collaborating with the Esko leadership team as well as associates from various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and commercial excellence.

Role Overview

Your experience in sales, customer success or other commercial roles will be instrumental in driving business growth and maximizing the value of our VES tools across the organization. You will act as a trusted business partner, collaborating with the Esko leadership team as well as associates from various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and commercial excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and enable acceleration of core growth across Esko using the VES Commercial Engine and its associated tools together with the fundamental VES toolset
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with functional and regional leaders to promote VES initiatives that align with commercial goals.
- Support M&A integrations by installing the VES culture and tools.
- Prioritize and align the Kaizen Funnel with key business initiatives, coaching and guiding teams to achieve commercial objectives. Drive sustainment of the kaizens through selecting the right sustainment metrics and coaching the sustainment activities.
- Install/improve/sustain funnel management and value selling
- Set up and support growth rooms where DM (daily management) is used to drive certain strategic growth objectives.
- The Commercial team (Sales, Customer Success, Service, Marketing and Deployment) will be the primary focus of this role, but will also be asked to support other functions in Brands and Supplier BU.
- Promote the intentional use of VES Fundamentals with a commercial focus, ensuring that teams understand the impact on business outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in the priority areas above through PSP (problem solving process), DM (daily management) and Kaizen work.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance VES skills, ensuring commercial teams are equipped to leverage these tools effectively.
- Assist leadership in the development of a VES roadmap based on strategic priorities and the VES assessment results.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a commercial role within a software environment, with a proven track record in sales, customer success, business development, or continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Problem Solving) or VES tools, with an emphasis on their application in commercial settings.
- Strategic thinker with robust business acumen, capable of providing insights that drive commercial success.
- Exceptional relationship-building and motivational leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent facilitation and training skills, with experience in leading cross-functional workshops.
- Process-oriented but adaptable, thriving in a transforming organization.
- Confident in navigating organizational change in pursuit of commercial goals.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
