As an IFS FSM Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure seamless implementation of the IFS FSM platform. You will drive business transformation initiatives, optimise field service operations, and support end-to-end project delivery from scoping through to post-go-live support.

What you can expect from the role: 

• Lead workshops to gather and document client requirements.
  
• Configure and implement IFS FSM solutions tailored to business needs.
  
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for field service operations.
  
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, and configuration documentation.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams to design integrations and data migrations.
  
• Support user training, testing, and change management initiatives.
  
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  

What we will look for in your CV:

• Deep understanding of field service business processes (work orders, scheduling, logistics, contracts, mobile solutions, etc.).
• Experience in delivering FSM implementations (IFS, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle Field Service etc) would be beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in consulting environments, with excellent client-facing skills, would be beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
