Tricks of the trade

• Invoice ownership & analysis: Take full ownership of the invoice processing workflow, and perform basic analyses on Picnic’s invoices
• Reporting collaboration: Collaborate with financial operations teams on periodic reporting processes
• Supplier communication: Manage the finance mailbox and serve as the primary contact for supplier inquiries
• Damage settlements: Oversee financial settlements for external damages efficiently and accurately
• Debt management: Monitor and manage outstanding receivables and handle communication with our collection agency
  
  
  

Your superpowers

• Completed Apprenticeship/Vocational Training or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Bookkeeping
• 0-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, accuracy, and a structured approach
• Beyond basic MS Excel and data analysis skills
• ERP-system knowledge (Workday is a plus)
• Fluency in German and English
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a creative and problem-solving mindset
