Your Contribution

• Establishment and further development of the Co-Usage Competence Center, including team leadership, escalation handling, budget and capacity planning
• Management and support of the Co-Usage expert team and external partners (e.g., Minu Partners) to ensure achievement of project goals and timelines
• Design, optimization, and implementation of processes, milestones, and status indicators
• Monitoring of process quality and delivery performance during regular operations
• Preparation of progress reports and participation in status meetings for ongoing coordination
  
  
  

What Makes You Stand Out

• Completed education in a commercial or technical field
• Several years of professional experience in the telecommunications sector, ideally in the context of co-usage agreements
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, particularly shared mobile network sites, including the ability to interpret construction plans, structural analyses, and radio-technical documentation
• Proven experience in coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, as well as handling usage agreements, cost calculations, and legal/regulatory frameworks
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience with database tools and project documentation systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for coordinating with network operators, property owners, and construction managers, with a confident approach to conflict resolution
• Class B driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region
