About the job:

In this role, you will be able to extensively shape the competencies in Core Banking Avaloq at Synpulse Germany and become part of the success story. Working as an Avaloq Specialist offers a broader range of challenging tasks in a dynamic and international team.

• You take over the parameterization (development) of functionality for the core banking system Avaloq.
• You develop functional concepts for banking transformation projects
• You lead your team in Avaloq projects in all project phases (sales, analysis/design, implementation, stabilization)
• You provide support in advising our customers on strategic or operational tasks
• You are in close contact and interact directly with our customers
• You are responsible for requirements gathering, specification, implementation, testing, documentation and training
  
  

About you:

• You have a university degree or higher education, ideally additional training in financial services and consulting and/or project management
• Avaloq Certified Professional with at least 3 years of experience in consulting and/or project business with Avaloq
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus
• You have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and are willing to travel often
• You can work independently and have the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience
