• Accountable for Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management at Henkel globally
• Drive and supervise the topic within the company
• Create and revise global policies on Crisis Management and Business Continuity
• Monitor the implementation of the policies
• Train employees on Business Continuity topics and handling of Crisis events
• Consult in major Business Continuity and Crisis events

• Master's degree in business administration or related field
• 10 years of work experience, thereof 7+ years' experience in Business Continuity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
• International work experience
